The criteria of this particular project was to have three separate animations within a single video. I opted to draw something more straightforward than my later work, a fisherman. With this idea I first drew a background, then sketched out an animation for the fisherman, a fish, and some reeds in the fore ground. After that I combined each element in photoshop into one singular animation and finally overlayed it atop my original background.
